1. How long does delivery usually take?
    It depends on our courier partner. Since our shirts are designed, sewn, and handmade in Langkawi Island, some deliveries may take up to 14 working days.
  2. Can I get a refund or return the shirts if I receive a defective product?
    Yes, you may only if the defect is caused by us. We will not accept returns or refunds if the defect is done by the customer or the courier partner.   3. Who bears the return cost?
    Baju Langkawi are not responsible for any additional costs needed to return products. Faulty item must be returned to us at their own cost.
  4. How about if we want a refund?
    All refunds (if defect is done by us) we will transferred back to you by the same method you bought Baju Langkawi via www.bajulangkawi.asia
  5. Do we offer custom designs for Baju Langkawi?
    Yes, we do. If you are a corporate company, or simply wants something different for your team, we can accommodate to that. Designed shirts will automatically be your Intellectual Property.
